PERSONAL MONTHLY NUTRITION COACHING
(Most Popular and Recommended Plan)

This is where the magic happens! 
What you get: 

  • A personalized macronutrient plan, tailored to your goals
  • A weekly check-in, either via telephone call, Facetime, Skype...email is an option but for those who want a more personalized experience, I offer varied options.
  • Unlimited access to me via email and text
  • A private Facebook group for sharing questions, recipes, successes and struggles

MEAL PREP
I am proud to offer a meal preparation service. Often times, busy schedules and hectic times of the year can interfere with our best intentions and plans to prepare healthy meals. This meal prep service allows you to have healthy, balanced, tasty meals, tailored to your goals and delivered to your door. Discounts available for monthly coaching clients. Learn more here. 

​ONE TIME NUTRITION CONSULT
A one-time 60 minute session via Skype/Facetime, telephone call, or in-person (CrossFit Determination only). In this meeting we will review current nutritional intake, fitness regime, and personal goals. 

Holistic lifestyle recommendations will be provided as will a general guideline for a nutrition plan.

GROCERY SHOPPING WITH COACH
The grocery store can be a scary and confusing place. Let’s go to the grocery store, big box store/location of your choosing and I can show you how to to navigate those aisles with confidence and a plan. (Sacramento and Placer County residents only)

KITCHEN/PANTRY MAKEOVER
Our kitchen is often the hub of our social life and the key to our nutritional success. At times, a slight makeover of our kitchen and pantry can provide just the right lifestyle adjustment to set us up for long term success and wellness. 

CORPORATE WORKSHOPS
Most people spend a majority of their day in the workplace. I would love to assist you in making your workplace an environment of health and wellness that employees can thrive in. 

Workshop length varies based on needs for company and group attendees. Topics include general wellness advising, meal preparation tips, group challenges and special topic overviews. 

GROUP CHALLENGES
Facilitated via Facebook, these 2-week challenges incorporate 7 pillars of health (nutrition, fitness, gratitude/celebration, soul food, sleep, hydration, and outside time). Through friendly competition, you and your challenge group systematically take on new challenges to layer healthy habits into lasting lifestyle change. These are VERY fun.
